Notice about cancellation or repayments.
 
  • Family Experience SCA is not responsible of returning the money of a trip cancelled by the customer due to illness, attacks, acts of terrorism, unfavorable weather conditions, war or any sudden and uncontrolled occurrence by Family Experience. Failure to appear at the scheduled time for departure the customer will not be entitled to any refund of the amount previously paid unless an agreement between both parts.
 
  • Cancellation Expenses: all Users can withdraw from the requested or contracted services, being entitled to the refund of the amounts they had paid, whether it is the total price or the advance provided in the preceding section, but must compensate the Agency for management expenses for an amount of 5€.
     
  • Deadlines for trip´s cancellation: The user will always have the right to request 100% of the refund of the amount delivered, always paying management fees, except for the following cases:​
  1. If the application date is between 11 and 20 days before the date of the trip, you will receive only 50% of the amount paid, as management fees and reservations.
  2. If the application date is 10 days before the date of the trip, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.
  • The trip´s places are personal and non-transferable, in case of willingness to change the holder of the place, it must be communicated and approved by email to info@yeahcadiz.com compensating the Agency for management expenses for an amount of 5€.
